Turnberry is a management consultancy providing development strategy advice across a range of varied and challenging projects. Our expertise is on specific project sectors, namely:

• Sport, and in particular thoroughbred racing
• Estate development; new communities; and suburban regeneration

Nearly all of the projects evolve from practical need, where quality and functionality are the prime driving forces. Much of our work also includes long-range spatial planning, in which legacy and operational excellence are key considerations.

The group comprises two distinct practices: 

Turnberry Consulting, which offers strategic development advice to clients in the UK and internationally, including advice on property strategy, masterplanning and public engagement;

Turnberry Development Management, which provides project management services for the development of new communities, mixed-use and suburban schemes including early viability and delivery advice.
